About the House.
A stone’s throw from Fountain Spring Park and the heart of downtown Bowling Green sits 545 East Main Avenue. Originally built in 1885, the house dates back to the early days of Bowling Green where, as a single-family home, it saw countless meals, smiles, and memories.
While the property has seen Kentucky grow and change around it, its red brick walls have remained. With a complete restoration, our goal was to bring life back to this old homestead once again. Making sure it could see more meals & memories for years to come.
Renovated and remodeled to include a one-bedroom, one-bathroom AirBnB rental on our ‘Stay’ side with a mini-event space on our ‘Gather’ side, East Main brings small-town charm & elegance to your visit or event.
